Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a cozy atmosphere above a kitchen, which surprisingly provided a nice escape from the endless noise. The rooms were recently refurbished, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. However, the service could be more attentive as there were instances of overlooked dirty glasses and plates. The location was fantastic, especially for those not interested in golf, offering tranquil and peaceful surroundings. The dining experience had its disappointments, particularly for vegetarians with limited options. The facilities were adequate but slightly unorganized.
The hotel had a few issues with rooms being out of order, but the ice rooms and infrared rooms were working fine. Unfortunately, there was a disgusting smell in my initial room, so I had to switch rooms for the comfort of my grandson due to the mosquito infestation. The service was lacking in some areas, with poor communication and no special offers during the stay. The location was beautiful for walks around the golf course but isolated from amenities. The dining experience was frustrating due to slow service and cold plates, although the Pork Belly was delicious.
I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, with a massive comfy bed and a large bathroom featuring an inbuilt speaker from the TV, perfect for enjoying music while getting ready. However, I did find the room to be quite basic and not entirely worth the price paid. We opted for the executive king size which had a huge bed and a luxurious bathroom with a separate bath and shower, booked three weeks in advance.
